2012 ThunderBall Donation Instructions

If you have an auction donation item:

a) if you are from outside of the T-Birds organization, contact:

Auction/Door Prizes: Shana Hochfelder at 604 617 7246 or shana@vancouverumbrellas.com

b) if you are from the T-Birds organization:

    1. Fill out the form located below as soon as you have a commitment of a silent auction item.This  helps the committee with their planning.
    2. Print a copy of this completed form and attach it to the silent auction item when you get it.
    3. Arrange and deliver the silent auction item together with the completed form NO LATER THAN JANUARY 15th to Resha Savanovic at savanovic@shaw.ca. Please contact Resha directly for this.
