Waitlist 2012-2013

The demand for registration in our programs is very high and ice is limited,and unfortunately, we do not always have space for all players who wish to register. It is the policy of VTMHA to take players on a priority registration basis. The following is the order:

1. Returning Players

2. Players who paid $50.00 leave of absence fee in previous season.

3. Siblings of registered players (these applications will only be accepted until the start of new player registration returning players will be notified in early spring how to register a sibling)

4. Players who played on Joint Teams in the previous season. (these applications will only be accepted until the start of new player registration. You will be contacted in early spring by email with instructions)

5. Players who remained on the waitlist from the previous season (these applications will only be accepted until the start of new player registration. You will be contacted by email in early spring with instructions)

6. Players new to VTMHA

Note: Players New to Minor Hockey Atom and above (9 yrs and above) will be required to pass a skating assessment which will be held in June.

Players 4 years old will only be placed on the waiting list for H1 after September 1. (rules subject to change)

Emails will be sent in the early spring regarding registration for 2012-2013 as follows:

a) An email will be sent to players registered for the current season notifying them how to register themselves and any siblings for the coming season.**

b )An email will also be sent to Joint Team Players and those who remained on the waitlist list from the prior season advising them how to register for the upcoming season**

c) Players left from the 2011-2012waitlist will be sent registration documents by email early in the spring.

All other players interesting in registering for the 2012-2013 season should register on our priority registration list by completing the form below.
