BANTAM REP – PRELIMINARY DIVISION INTO POOLS
Players have been assigned into “pools” as described below and
those assigned to the A1 or A2 pools should continue with rep
tryouts at the ice times below for their pool. All players
who are assigned to the A1 or A2 pools should also complete the Rep
Tryout Other Activity Form and turn it in to the coach prior to the
second ice time for their pool. The form is available at the

These pools are not teams. Rather, they are groups
in which players will continue to try out over the next several
days. Players will move between pools, and there are more
players remaining in the tryout process than there are spaces on
all of the teams.
Ice times to September 18th are listed for each
pool. Additional ice times may be added as exhibition games
are scheduled. For exhibition games, players should be at the
rink 1 hour prior to game time in Thunderbird team jackets if you
have them from the previous year.

Yellow – 2, 14, 17, 18
Blue – 3, 5, 12, 19, 31
Green – 1, 3, 5, 11, 14, 15, 17
Red – 1, 7, 10, 13, 14, 20
Black – 2, 12, 24
There will be a parent meeting at Kits at 745pm before the game
on Monday night, please have at least one parent from each family
attend.

All other players are assigned to the house program and will be
assigned to teams.
Players should turn in their rep tryout jerseys at their
1st house ice time.
Any player who wishes to meet with two members of the selection
committee to obtain feedback on his or her participation in the
first three tryout sessions may, on or after September 12, 2011 but
not later than September 14, 2011 contact Jamie Letwin at vprep@vancouvertbirds.ca to
request a meeting. One parent is entitled to be present as an
observer at the meeting.
