With August comes the realization that September is not far away, and the time to start preparing for the return to school and all the extra-curricular activities that your child(ren) are involved in…including hockey! One of the best ways to get ready for another season is to jump on the ice with one of the Thunderbird summer camps. With some of the best skills providers in the Lower Mainland leading the sessions this year, camps have been set up to get our players up to top speed.

We have heard from membership that you want to go to camp with friends from spring hockey, and so we are happy to announce that we have opened up the camps to any registered hockey player from any minor hockey association. As these camps are traditionally for our members, we have added a small $25 additional fee to the camps for our non-Thunderbird friends but even with this additional fee, our camps are still far less than comparable camps offered by private companies so it will be a great opportunity to share.
