One of the largest hockey associations in the province, our players range in age from 4 to 17 and play on recreational hockey teams and more competitive rep teams. Regardless of their position within the Association, we emphasize skills development, parent participation and the opportunities for players to build self-esteem, confidence and character.

We offer unique sponsorship and branding opportunities within our hockey community. Each sponsorship package is designed to get you the optimum profile for your sponsorship dollar. We have a number of pre-set opportunities to choose from listed below ranging from a small commitment to a significant partnership.
| 1. Divisional Sponsorships (1 opportunity: Below Atom) |
| Take on a title sponsorship of a TBirds division. Potential reach and visibility for each division, includes: • Recreational division: more than 39,000 people - divisional sponsorship owned by Scotiabank • Rep Division: more than 20,000 people - divisional sponsorship owned by Scotiabank • Below Atom Division: more than 11,500 people |
| 2. Summer Camps Title Sponsorship (1 opportunity) |
| Our summer camp program welcomes close to 400 participants on an annual basis at the end of the summer to Hillcrest Community Centre. Not only will a sponsor be visible and engaged with the Thunderbird community through a variety of communications and onsite activations, members of the general public will have the opportunity to witness the engagement onsite. |
| 3. Thunderbird Photo Day (2 Opportunities) |
| This is the one day that every member of the Thunderbird family attends one event. Photo day provides a sponsor with a great opportunity to interact with all members. |
| 4. Tournament Title Sponsorship (2 opportunities) |
| Vancouver Thunderbirds Hockey hosts two tournaments each season. Remembrance Day holds 16 Atom C teams; and our Below Atom Family Day Tournament typically involves 40+ teams. This is an excellent way to engage directly with a specific sector of the association along with the visiting associations through digital and onsite activation opportunities. |
| 5. Tournament Element/Experience Sponsorships (Multiple opportunities) |
| These opportunities include elements such as Player of the Game awards, the world-famous Thunderbird Shootout Extravaganza that occurs at the end of each round robin game, awards based on sportsmanship or other creative opportunities that would enhance the experience of the players. Other experiences could include elements that fit within the arena lobby areas such as a coffee lounge for parents, games area, or internet cafe. |
| 6. Below Atom Jamboree (5 Opportunities) |
| The Jamboree is the official kick-off to the season for our Below Atom division and brings all of our younger Thunderbirds and their parents to one location to start the season of smiles. |
| 7. Custom Sponsorships |
