Skills with Leslie Global Sports (LGS)

Vancouver Thunderbirds Hockey is excited to partner with LGS for the 2017-18 season to provide skills for our H1-H4 and Intro groups.

Message from LGS

We are thrilled to be a part of the Vancouver Thunderbirds association this year.  Our cohesive and child centered team at Leslie Global Sports is very excited to bring our fun, engaging, and inclusive style of coach and player mentorship to your association.

We care deeply about sharing our expert knowledge with volunteer coaches and players of all levels in a manner that is fun, competitive, inclusive and educational.  Our style of station based skill development cannot happen without parent support so please raise your hand to join us!  We'll delegate only as much as you can handle (and mentor you along the way).  There is a role for everyone in developing your children as young athletes at an exciting state in their development.

You'll be sure to see consistent focus on learning through play, individual skill isolation, small area games, and age appropriate instruction, celebrating achievement, and giving constructive feedback to players, and volunteer coaches alike.
